Children: Roxy (1785), Rosamon (1787), Anna (1789), Mary (1792), Pamela (1793), Asa (1796), Alexander (1798), Eunice (1803).
Asa Married 2 Huldah Wheeler.
He married third Elizabeth Thompson on 30 May 1776 in Stafford, Connecticut. Elizabeth petitioned for a divorce on 10 February 1783 on the grounds of desertion.[1]
The 1862 Diary of Asa Lansford Foster states the children of Nathan and Hannah Standish Foster included Asa Foster of Preston, NY. "Asa and Alex are his sons."
There were a few men named Asa Foster who fought in the Revolutionary War. We don't know if our Asa was one of them.
